Registration guidelines

All participants are kindly recommended to register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully.

Upon submitting the Registration Form, each participant will receive a Booking Reference Number by e-mail to be included in payment details (in case of payment by bank transfer). Please do not send any payments (bank transfers) without Booking Reference Number included in payment details. Such payments cannot be identified. All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form with the appropriate fees.

All Symposium fees are stated including VAT 21%.  

Please make sure to pay your registration fee within the time frame for the registration type applicable at the date of your registration. If your payment is not received before the deadline date the later fee will be automatically charged.

Terms and Conditions

Student fee is available only to those under-graduate students who do not yet have their pharmacy degree and are under 35 years of age.

Presenters of accepted abstracts will have the possibility to register at the early registration fee until 15 September 2013.

Groups of more than 10 persons may be registered at the member-fee.


Registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage and loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Registration Fee Includes

  • Admission to all sessions 
  • Coffee breaks, lunches
  • Opening Ceremony, official Closing Ceremony and Farewell drinks
  • Symposia materials including book of abstracts

Accompanying person fee includes

  • Opening Ceremony
  • Closing Ceremony 
  • Farewell drinks
  • Possibility to register for all other activities that are part of the non-scientific part of the Symposium program

All Participants need to re-confirm attendance of all functions in their Registration Form.


Upon receipt of the correct registration fee (clear of bank charges), each participant will receive an email notification confirming the received payment and stating the amount outstanding.

Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a "first come, first served" basis and numbers may be restricted.


All fees for the Symposia registration should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges!

By bank transfer

Clear of any bank charges, clearly stating the participant's name and Booking Reference Number.

Payments received without registration details (name, Booking Reference Number) cannot be identified.

As of 6 October 2013 you are kindly requested to make all payments by card exclusively or to register on-site. Payment by bank transfer will no longer be available from this date.

Online payment by credit/debit card (by WorldPay online payments)

In case of rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to amend his Registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit card issuer/bank first and check if the on-line transactions are not disabled on his credit card. Afterwards, the amendment of the Registration can be processed again.

I agree to the collection, preservation and processing of personal data contained in this form, by the administrator, CZECH-IN s.r.o., Prague Congress Centre, 5. května 65, Prague 4, 140 21 (or its employees) for the purpose stated below.
This consent is granted for all of the information contained in this form, and throughout the five years from the date of consent. At the same time I am aware of / and of their rights under § 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, all information given on this form are collected and processed solely for purposes of processing registration and accommodation requirements for the 42nd ESCP 2013 and for sending related messages to the data subject via electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. Summarized data from this form may be used by the administrator for internal statistical purposes and for internal use of the administrator.

Statement by Administrator
Data administrator declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the administrator or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work.


The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the Symposia be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.


 Registration cancellation / Refund policy

Please note cancellations received:

  • Until August 31, 2013 - 50% refund of Registration fees paid will be provided
  • During September 2013 - 25% refund of Registration fees paid will be provided
  • After September 30, 2013 - no refund can be processed

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Symposium Secretariat according to the following conditions:

  • Requests for refunds made after 30 September 2013 will not be considered
  • For any change of name a fee of 30 EUR will be charged
  • All registrations received by 30 September 2013 will be included in the list of participants
